DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
- SOURCING OF APPLICANTS.
- CALLING OF APPLICANTS, SETTING UP INTERVIEWS.
- FACILITATE EXAMINATION (FOR RANK AND FILE).
- SETTING UP INTERVIEW SCHEDULE OF RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENT HEADS.
- PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW.
- CALLING UP OF APPLICANTS FOR RE-SCHEDULE OF INTERVIEW, JOB OFFER.
- PREPARATION OF 201 FILE. ENSURE COMPLETENESS OF EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENT OF NEWLY HIRED EMPLOYEE.
- PREPARATION OF MEMO TO THE DEPARTMENT HEADS OF NEW HIRES.
- CONDUCTS ORIENTATION FOR NEWLY HIRED EMPLOYEES AND ENSURE THAT THE EMPLOYEES SIGNED THE ORIENTATION PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYEES.
- TURN OVER NEW HIRES TO THEIR RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENT HEADS.
- ENCODE AND ENSURE CORRECTNESS OF EMPLOYEE INFORMATION TO THE DVPro SYSTEM.
- PREPARES NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE TO THE RESIGNED EMPLOYEES.
- SCHEDULE EXIT INTERVIEW OF RESIGNED EMPLOYEES.
CUSTODIAN OF ALL HR FORMS:
- PREPARATION OF 201 FILE OF NEW HIRES.
- CUSTODIAN OF THE FILING CABINET KEYS OF 201 FILES.
- ENSURE PROPER SAFE KEEPING OF THE EMPLOYEE AND CANDIDATE RECORDS FROM THE INTRUDERS.
- PERFORM 201 FILING OF MEMOS RELATED TO EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE, GRIEVANCES AND CASES OF THE EMPLOYEES.
ADDITIONAL REPONSIBILITIES:
TIMEKEEPING
- SCREENING OF RANK AND FILE LEAVE APPLICATIONS.
- COMPUTATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF RANK AND FILE LEAVES.
- COORDINATION WITH SSS, Pag-IBIG AND Philhealth AS NEEDED.
- PREPARES DAILY TIME KEEPING REPORTS SUCH AS DAILY TIME RECORD, LEAVE, OB SLIPS, MEAL ALLOWANCE, OVERTIME, UNDERTIME ETC.
- PREPARE THE UPDATED LIST OF THE LEAVE CREDITS OF THE EMPLOYEES PER DEPARTMENT. HOLIDAY NOTICE MEMO.
OTHER HR RELATED TASK
- IN-CHARGE IN PREPARING CLEARANCE FOR TERMINAL PAY (RESIGNED, AWOL AND TERMINATE EMPLOYEE).
- MONITORING OF COMPANY OJT RENDERED HOURS, ALLOWANCES AND CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION.
- MONITORING NEWLY HIRED AND RESIGNED EMPLOYEES.
- PREPARES MANPOWER REPORT.
- UPDATE SALARY EMPLOYEES IN CONNECTION WITH PROMOTION, LONGEVITY, MERIT INCREASES AND CBA AGREEMENT.
- ENSURES THAT ALL INFORMATION IS RESTRICTED BY LOCKING IT IN CABINETS, DRAWERS, AND OTHER STORAGE AREAS, AND COMPUTER MONITORS ARE NOT LEFT OPEN TO GENERAL OR CASUAL VIEW. ALL COMPUTERS ARE PROTECTED WITH PASSWORD.
- COMPLY WITH THE SCHEDULE OF THE RETENTION AND DISPOSAL POLICY.
- ENSURE THAT ALL INFORMATION CAN BE ACCESS ALL THE TIME.
- MONITORS THE INCOMING AND OUTGOING OF FOLDERS THAT CONTAINS PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION OF THE EMPLOYEES.
