The Quezon City Government held their annual bike ride entitled “Heritage Freedom Trail” last October 27, 2024, with the theme “Makasaysayang Kyusi Bike Trail: Padyak Pabalik sa Kasaysayan featuring nine (9) historical sites in the city including the Himlayang Pilipino Memorial Park. Led by the QC Department of Public Order and Safety (DPOS), the bikers, estimated to be around 600+ went around the Emilio Jacinto and Melchora Aquino monuments.
The Heritage Freedom Trail is part of the month-long celebration of the 85th Foundation Anniversary of Quezon City.
