Last Dec 15, Himlayang Pilipino joined the nation in commemorating the 150th birth anniversary of Emilio Jacinto through a wreath-laying ceremony at the Emilio Jacinto Shrine.
The ceremony was led by Mayor Joy Belmonte, Senator Loren Legarda, and officials from the National Historical Commission of the Philippines, with HPI Vice President–Comptroller Mr. Rafael Hizon also offering flowers in honor of the Utak ng Katipunan.
